This Privacy Policy explains how EasyBuzz Sdn Bhd("we", "us"), operator of BuzzSignal ("the Service"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address and password (hashed).
• Report configuration: your brand name, website, industry, goals, the competitors you choose to track, and your delivery preferences.
• Billing data: plan, billing cycle, and payment records. Card/bank details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
• Usage data: basic logs and analytics to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

• To generate and deliver your competitor reports.
• To process subscriptions and send service emails.
• To maintain security and improve the Service.

3. Third-party processors

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted processors to run the Service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, file storage.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Apify — collection of publicly available competitor data.
• Anthropic (Claude) — analysis of competitor data into your report.
• Resend — email delivery.
• Billplz — payment processing (FPX).

4. Competitor data

BuzzSignal analyses publicly available information about the competitors you nominate (e.g. public marketplace listings, social posts, reviews). We do not collect private data about those third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and report data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time, after which we remove your personal data except where we must retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to access and correct your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to limit its processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@easybuzz.ai.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified via the Service or email.
