Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BuzzSignal ("the Service"), operated by EasyBuzz Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

BuzzSignal monitors publicly available information about competitors you nominate and delivers analysed reports and suggested actions. Reports are provided for informational purposes only.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to nominate the competitors you add.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
• Do not resell or redistribute reports without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• The free report is provided once per account at no charge.
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via Billplz (FPX).
• Because FPX has no auto-debit, renewals are billed by a new invoice each cycle; access continues while payment is current.
• You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. See our Refund Policy.

5. Accuracy & disclaimer

Competitor data is gathered from public sources and analysed by automated systems. We do not guarantee that reports are complete, accurate, or error-free, and they do not constitute business, legal, or financial advice. You act on them at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and report formats are owned by EasyBuzz Sdn Bhd. Your report content is yours to use within your business.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the Malaysian courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
