Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for BuzzSignal, operated by EasyBuzz Sdn Bhd.
1. Free report
The one-time free report is provided at no charge, so no refund applies.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing contact@easybuzz.ai. Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.
3. Refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual).
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining days of a current period after cancellation; you simply retain access until it ends.
- If the Service was materially unavailable due to our fault, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund in good faith.
4. How to request
Email contact@easybuzz.ai with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
5. Annual plans
Annual plans are discounted in exchange for an upfront commitment. After cancellation you keep access for the remainder of the paid year; the annual fee is non-refundable except as stated in section 3.
